PROJECTS
This collection gathers Alexandros Ioannidis's personal & commercial work across still and moving image — portraits, editorials, Polaroid studies, and independent film. Each project extends the same visual inquiry that runs through his broader practice: the space where light, rhythm and composition become a form of storytelling. Some works are constructed, others observed; together they trace an ongoing exploration of memory, presence and the emotional resonance of the image.

Portraits
This body of work moves between photography and film, still and instant image, constructed scene and intuitive observation. Portraits, editorials, Polaroid studies and personal projects each carry forward the same underlying practice

Editorial
Editorial project reflects an ongoing exploration of image and story: styling, location and lighting are treated as narrative elements, not backdrops. Drawing on across photography and film, his editorial work often blurs the line between constructed scene and intuitive observation, resulting in images that suggest a broader story beyond the frame.

Polaroid
A selection that reflects Alexandros Ioannidis's ongoing exploration of image and story, spanning portraits, editorials, Polaroid film projects. Each piece extends a blend practice - importance with what a frame shows, with what it suggests.

Personal Project
Independent photography and film by Alexandros Ioannidis, made outside commercial commissions. Rooted in more than three decades of exploring narrative, and emotional resonance, these personal projects move between unconstructed scenarios and intuitive observation. Free from brief or client, each project follows the same instinct that runs through his broader work: to suggest a story rather than state it.

Content Creation
Content creation is at the core of Alexandros Ioannidis's professional practice — a discipline where his background in cinematic photography and film meets the fast-moving needs of modern brands, businesses and digital platforms. Working across photography and video, he produces content designed for social media, advertising and online presence, combining technical precision with the same atmosphere-driven visual language found throughout his artistic work.
Each project is approached as its own visual story: product shoots, event coverage, social media reels and promotional video are all treated with the same attention to light, rhythm and composition that defines his editorial and cinematic projects. This cross-disciplinary approach allows brands and businesses to benefit from a genuinely artistic eye applied to commercial content.
From concept through final delivery, this category reflects an ongoing collaboration with clients across Greece and internationally — creating visual content that performs commercially while maintaining a distinct, cinematic identity. Residence
In October 2015, Alexandros Ioannidis joined the Artists in Residence Program II (Photography Edition) at Eagles Palace, Halkidiki — a week-long residency, from 1 to 7 October, bringing together thirteen Greek photographers to create new work drawing on the spirit and landscape of the region. Alongside Dimitris Tsoublekas (editor), Chrysoula Voulgari, Christina Dimitriadi, Ingo Dunnebier, Fotini Kariotaki, Panos Kokkinias, Lia Nalmpantidou, Chrisa Nikoleri, Kamillo Nollas, Ioanna Roufopoulou, Marinos Tsagarakis and Zoi Hatziyannaki, the resulting photographs were later collected into a luxury album celebrating some of Greece's leading photographic creatives.
The residency remains a key milestone in an exhibition history built of his photographic practice.
